The main concerns in sharing a corridor between pipelines and power transmission lines are personnel safety, corrosion, and coating damage. High-voltage, alternating current-induced corrosion is a significant threat to pipeline integrity. This article describes a simulation software that models both resistive and inductive interference and presents practical results of simulations on two different configurations.
