For more than 25 years, Elsyca is involved in the development of industry vertical CAE solutions specialized in electrochemistry applications. Today, Elsyca is internationally viewed as a leader in electrochemical CAE and is trusted by more than 400 companies worldwide including Calumet Electronics, General Motors, Safran and Volvo. Our dedicated PCB solutions enable users to apprehend and control the PCB plating step in new and innovative approach. Until now, PCB plating has been seen as a blurry operation of the manufacturing under the ownership of the FAB. Today, thanks to Elsyca numerical solutions, all PCB industry stakeholders are finally able to get fast and accurate upfront insights on this operation. This is a key to accelerate the industry shift-left quest to ensure products quality while reducing manufacturing costs and increasing production capacity.
Elsyca is a proud member of the EIPC committee since 2019. Since then, the EIPC forum was an opportunity for us to interact and exchange with valuable European customers and partners on the challenges and needs for the PCB industry. Being able to better understand the global manufacturing process and how our solution could help key stakeholders is extremely valuable outcome of being a member of the EIPC committee.
This understanding helped us to better serve the industry. In 2020, we launched Elsyca PCBBalance, our patented automatic copper balancing solution. This world’s only PCB DFM software applies automated and optimized copper balancing to your PCB design and panel layout. More recently, we launched the NPI award winning solution Elsyca CuBE, the world’s only PCB DFM software that conducts instant PCB design qualification on the cloud. This new solution resulted from our interactions with industrial partners and the need to support PCB designers in assuring best designs before approaching FAB.
We have witnessed a growing interest in accessing fast and robust solutions that can support the entire industry in having less waste and energy consumption while ensuring a shift-left approach to increase product quality consistency. We are confident that 2022 will bring more exciting challenges and discussions and are committed to continue our support of the PCB industry with our expertise in electroplating applications.
